Enrichment
Enrichment programs provide students with opportunities to explore subjects beyond the standard curriculum, fostering a deeper understanding and passion for learning. These programs can expose students to various career paths and life skills, preparing them for future academic and professional endeavors.
Avondale schools offer students a wide array of extracurricular and co-curricular activities. All schools also incorporate career-development within the curriculum and through enrichment activities.
Here you'll find a variety of programs Avondale students and families have the opportunity to participate in each year.
POSITIVITY PROJECT
The Positivity Project empowers America’s youth to build positive relationships and become their best selves. The program partners with schools and equips educators with the resources, training, and strategy to teach their students. The project incorporates 24 different character strengths that students will learn about and work on throughout the school year. The Positivity Project is utilized in every Avondale elementary school.
