Missed Meetings

If a member knows they are going to miss a meeting, their parent needs to contact one of the co-advisors to get their absence excused. In event of an absence, members are responsible for knowing what they missed. Members are encouraged to ask a friend to pick up handouts from the meeting for them. In addition, summaries of each meeting will be available and any extra handouts will be left by the mailbox in the Media Center. Attendance records can be viewed at the link below.
