Enrichment
Enrichment programs provide students with opportunities to explore subjects beyond the standard curriculum, fostering a deeper understanding and passion for learning. These programs can expose students to various career paths and life skills, preparing them for future academic and professional endeavors.
Woodland Elementary School offers students a wide array of extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Avondale Elementary Schools also incorporate career-development within the elementary curriculum and through enrichment activities.
Here you'll find a variety of programs Woodland students and families have the opportunity to participate in each year.

GOLDEN PAW AWARDS
Woodland has started a new incentive program called "The Golden Paw" awards. Students who demonstrate our ROARS expectations and go above and beyond may receive a Golden Paw certificate from our Woodland staff. The student brings it down to the Main Office, where they put it in the Golden Paw box in front of Mrs. Rosinski's office. On Friday mornings, a few names are drawn from the box and those students get to pick a prize from our Golden Paw treat cart in the Main Office.
